MERRY CHRISTMAS

Christmas morning Brynnly woke up at about 8. She was so excited to open all of her gifts! She even jumped up and down. Here are a few pictures from that day!!

We have a tridition in our family to take a picture on the top of our stairs. Here is one of me and my cute Brynnly.

Christmas Miracle

Yes it is true this year my family was blessed with a miracle. You see the doctors were positive that my dad would either have to have shunts (however it's spelled) or a bypass. They even thought it might have to be a multiple bypass. So we went to the hospital yesterday to get his angeogram (I'm not so good at spelling the medical terms). We waited FOREVER! They finally took my Dad after like 5 hours of waiting. Telling us he'd be back in an hour to an hour and a half. My grandma and i left about 35 mins after that to get some food. My dad wasn't allowed to eat and we didn't want him to have to smell our food. My mom stayed to wait for him.
I'm waiting with my cute grammy to get our food and my mom called telling me my dad was back! And that they didn't do anything for him. My heart sunk... That meant he needed a bypass. I know people have them all the time but i was still worried for my Dad. Almost in tears I repeated back to her "They didn't do anything?" She responded "No they don't have to do ANYTHING AT ALL!!!" I was truly in tears then.
He could control it with medication. All of our prayers had been answered. That had never been an option. He has to check back in a year, other than that it's back to normal!!
I'd like to thank all of you for your support and prayers. We truly appreciate it.

My Poor Daddy

My dad went into the doctor a few weeks ago for a cough and the doctor noticed his heart was enlarged. So they ordered a stress test and just found out that sometime over the past year he has had a heart attack. I know it's odd that he didn't know he was having one while it happened, but he has a very high pain tolerence and he doesn't like to worry my mom by telling her when he's in pain. The next step is to check out how bad the damage is. So Tuesday he's going in to see what they need to do to fix it. There's a big chance that he might need to have a bypass. I'm asking for you to remember him in your prayers over the next few days. We love you all and wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Brynnly loves the snow! We took her out into the snow and she couldn't get enough. But she got really cold really fast and had to come inside! Not before a cute photo tho!

I am a Utah fan and Danny is a BYU fan... Lucky for Brynnly her mommy dresses her. She had the right colors on today! GO UTAH!!

SunnyD anyone?

I was trying to get a video of Brynnly dancing because it is so stinkin cute!! But all she would do is drink her sunnyd. I think I'll submit it to the sunnyd people. My mom tried to take it twice but Brynnly wouldn't let her. She loves sunnyd!

Halloween!!!

I've found out over the last 13 months that holidays are so much more fun with kids. Brynnly wasn't very happy about getting her picture taken. I was surprised that she wasn't really bugged with her tutu. She actually didn't pull at it at all. How cute is she?

Danny always knows just what to say...

I was looking though some pictures from when I was pregnant with Brynnly. Danny walked in and looked over my shoulder and said " HOLY COW YOU WERE HUGE!!!" My sweet husband always knows just what to say and when to say it! He cracks me up... Here are the pictures we were looking at.

Crazy MONKEY baby!!!

If any of you know my daughter you know how crazy she is! She is off the wall nuts! She's a climber. We call her our little monkey. She loves to run and she can actually jump and catch some air. She will crawl right off the edge of the bead or couch or anything that is off the ground. She has no fear! Today I was putting some clothes away in my dresser and she came running over tripped and fell and slammed her face into the open drawer. Danny quickly scooped her up and she started crying. She doen't usually cry when she falls so it was pretty obvious that she really got hurt. She did calm down and she wasnt bleeding so we continued with our business. I put her in the bath about 20 mins later. I noticed that she had a pretty big red mark right next to corner of her mouth. I am anticipaiting a bruise to show up anytime. She is still nuts. A few people have told me just to wait for a boy because they are crazier than girls. I can't even imagine. It's unheard of for her to sit still for more than 3 seconds unless she's asleep!

My lil sis!!

So my cute little sister (trisity) went to her first dance last night... Homecoming!!! She's so stinkin adorable. She let me play hair dresser and make-up artist. She was such a good sport to make her big sister happy. Brynnly couldn't stop staring at her. It was so funny. Here are some pictures of the finished product!!

She put the black eye-liner on... I wont take credit for that. I prefer her without! She's naturally beautiful!!!

Shots...OUCH!!

We went to the doctor today for Brynnly's one year check up and she had to have 4 shots! So sad!! She screamed and cried like crazy. But before that... now forgive me I'm going to have a proud parent moment here. I've always felt like Brynnly was really smart for her age. But I am her mother and all parents feel like their children are smart. When visiting with her doctor he was so impressed with her. He said that she is very smart and advanced for her age and that she is very strong willed, which at her age is a good thing. He also said that I should think about putting her in dance or tumbling here in the next year or so since she has amazing balance and hand-eye coordination. We'll have to look into getting her into something like that. I am totally amazed because if any of you know me well at all I can trip over anything. Growing up i tripped all of the time, my mom calls me grace!!
As far as her growth she is 20lbs 8oz... Which is the 37% and her length is 30in which is the 73%... Tall and skinny! She doesn't get that from me! The doctor is a little bit worried that she'll get too skinny. She is a really good eater so I'm not so worried about that.
Recently I found out that she LOVES junior mints!!! She could eat a whole box if I'd let her. She gets so mad at me of I eat some of her junior mints. It's so funny. She's no longer drinking from a bottle! She's a big girl now!!!

1 year old...

I got a little camera happy with Brynnly today... But how cute are these? They totally capture her cute faces. She is so smiley... I just can't get enough. Danny is worried that when we have another baby they wont be as cute as she is. He's so funny. She has him wrapped around her little finger.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRYNNLY!!!!

My cute baby turned 1 year old yesterday! She's getting so big! We had a little party. I made pizza and home made root beer. We had cake and ice cream! Thanks for all of you that came and for your gifts! We love you all!
Brynnly got her own cake... she was such a lady when she ate it. She only used one finger until daddy made her stick her whole hand in it. She did eventually put her face in it... She was so cute!!

Pranks...

My little sister is in hair school and if any of you know anyone who had been in hair school they carry around these fake heads to practice on. Trisity got this one and left it in the bathroom one night and when my brother got home he flipped on the bathroom light and it freaked him out. So the next night we decided to pull a little prank on him and put it in his bed. We all added some ideas like we put the hat on him and left the tv on and turned his light off. When he got home he almost peed his pants! YAY!! Here is what he saw...

The past 2 years have been great!!

So I'm a little late in posting but Sunday (Sept 7th) was mine and Dannys 2 year anniversery. Boy have things changed since then. I never thought that I'd be a mom to an almost 1 year old at my 2 year mark! It's crazy. That being said I want everyone to ignore my post earlier in my blog about not wanting another baby. I AM SO READY! But my cute hubby isn't yet. Danny has been out job searching, he told me as soon as we move into our own place we can start trying!! So if any of you know about good paying job let us know!!

I honestly can't believe how the past 2 years have flown by! My baby is almost 1 and such a ball of fun! I'm going to post some pictures of the past 2 years.
