Yellie!!!

Brielle Sherri Clark
15 months
Weight: 20lbs 5oz- 15%
Height: 31.5in- 79%
We took Brielle in for her 15 month check up and found out that my once chubby girl is not so chubby any more. I really did know that she wasn't chubby but the fact that she has only gained .06 of an ounce in 3 months has me worried. Not just me but the doctor too. Monthly weight checks for us! We have to go in once a month to chart her weight progress and if in 3 months it isn't getting better we'll have to do something more about it.
Moms out there... How do you get your kids to eat? I struggle with both of my girls!!
We love our Brielle.
Some fun nicknames she has are:
-Yellie
-Yellie Belly
-Belly
-Little Mini (Brynnly is Mini)
-Sassy (she truly lives up to that one)
-B-yell
-Elle
Her new favorite thing is to ignore me... I know, so so fun! I will try to get her attention and if she doesn't want to hear it she will simply ignore me. I thought it might be a hearing problem but if I say "treat" or "candy" she whips her head around quickly.
Words she says:
Hi
Bye
Mom
Da (dad)
stinky
Bumpa (my dad)
nana
She can also bark... she does this when she sees a dog or cat. She whinnies when she sees a horse. And she growls when she sees bears, lions, monsters and such (in books)
I love that my girls love each other so much. Brielle is quite frugal with her kisses but will always give one to Brynnly! We are so happy to have her in our family! Who wouldn't be! Not only is she sweet and a bit sassy... She is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

My sister in law has the same problem with her 3 year old right now. As of right now, they play the reverse psychology game. Basically, when it is time to eat, they say things like, "I bet you cant eat your mashed potatoes." He of course, gets a huge grin on his face and eats them because he loves to defy them. But hey, at least he is eating...right? Good luck!
